This is quite unique in the heavily price-driven world of insurance, but it is a cornerstone of how we do business; based on the business philosophies of our founder Padraic Smith.
A Little History...
Padraic Smith founded the company in 1991. With a long heritage in Aviation insurance and having worked as General Manager of Insurance Corporation of Ireland , now known as Allianz he had a strong belief that there was a better way to provide insurance.
His new company therefore focused on sourcing and providing solutions and offering the highest levels of customer service. This concept allowed the company to grow steadily during the 1990's and in 2000 Padraic's son Ronan took the Reins.
Having himself worked in the Insurance sector for many years in both Ireland and London and having grown up with insurance 'in his blood', his taking charge of the business was a natural transition and the concept of a customer service and solution driven insurance company remained.
